• GOES-10 large QuickTime animation (2.1 MBytes)
• GOES-8 1 km resolution QuickTime animation of Aruba (2.5 MBytes)
• GOES-8 2 km resolution QuickTime animation of Central America (1.8 MBytes)
• large high-quality GOES-10 and GOES-8 TIFF images (1.2 MBytes each)

In preparation for the midday equatorial solar eclipse of 26 February 1998, we set up a special high-resolution GOES-8 sector watching the island of Aruba on the northern coast of South America.

In addition, we have other routine GOES-8 sectors watching the path of the total eclipse, such as the Galapagos Islands, and Montserrat and Guadeloupe islands in the Antilles.

NASA-GSFC normally serves up GOES-8 realtime weather images in sectors, including most of the inhabited the western hemisphere.
