EDOP nadir reflectivity (top) and velocity (bottom) display on a leg from ENE (left) to WSW (right) along a band of mostly stratiform precipitation located 100-150 km S-SE of Dallas, Texas, around 7 UTC (1 am local time) on 21 April 1998. A bright band is clearly visible at about 2.2 km above the ground. The radar sensitivity is lower in this case than the two previous images. This section is about 200 km long.
